Societa Industrie Elettroniche (SIEL) was an Italian company that made electronic organs and synthesizers in the 1980s. Siel takes part of the Italian musical industry in the 60’s and 70’s, like Farfisa, Galanti, GEM, Crumar, Elka, Bontempi. The market was synthesizers, orange, spinnets. Siel produced a lot of synthesizers in the same period than the big Japanese manufacturers (Yamaha, Korg et Roland) in the 80’s. That explains the technical choices of Siel, quite similar to the nippon musical instruments.
